The chioce of breakfasts were the best that we have ever had and the evening meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was bright, and so welcoming. The beds were confortable too. "Our Kilkea Castel stay was amazing. It was quite beautiful clean and very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Also the activities room was great and the staff was very helpful there as well. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the smoking in the patio area while me and my children were sitting outside although I'm not sure non smoking areas are a thing in Ireland. Also we came on the hottest week of the year and there wasn't air conditioning or enough fans as well as screens on the doors or windows so we can open when them and let air in due to the bugs flying in the room."
