"Clean room, excellent breakfast choices—best I’ve seen in a while. Check in lady was VERY GOOD about keeping my room number and information secure from being overheard by the man in line behind me. One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. "This place is perfectly fine as a last-resort hotel. The manager was super nice and helpful, which I appreciated, and the rooms are fairly standard. But the property is not well-maintained, and let's just say that, based on the other guests and their activities, I would have been somewhat more comfortable sleeping with a samurai sword under my pillow."

"We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental."

"The location was convenient but this hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades and maintenance. Amenities are minimal and the regular rooms are small. If it’s just for a basic stay for a short trip it’s fine but I’d be uncomfortable with a whole family for more than a night or two."

"We enjoyed our stay from check-in to check-out. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty for our family to do. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with the kids, and the location made it easy to enjoy Cedar Point while still having a relaxing place to come back to. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families visiting the area."
