I found the bnb was very clean and it felt very home like. I went to the restaurant next door, the courthouse, and the staff there was very welcoming as well. Beautiful spot. Highly recommend the place

Its good and nice hotel in that small town, there is gas station also in just 3-4kms, nice and friendly staff, i stayed there 2 nights, it was very wonderful and peaceful vibe

Nice spot in Harbour Grace; minutes from Carbonear

Best accommodation in the area with a great restaurant across the street (Old Courthouse). Rooms are week furnished and clean. Only suggestion would be to put blackout curtains in the windows, as there are some powerful lights outside at night. Aside from that, I recommend!

Mixed feelings

This place is very cute, the room and bed were super cozy. However, it pretty limited. It feels more like a airbnb or timeshare but less equipped. There is no shampoo, condition, shower wash, fridge, microwave, etc. There was a coffee maker but it didn't work. It's not located near anything so I thought I'd grab snack and breakfast to keep in my room but there was no where to keep them. There not a coffee shop or anything within walking distance. There is a restaurant across the road but wasn't really what I was looking for. The biggest frustration though was there was no one to ask for anything. The place was empty so I could have used a coffee machine from another unit but there is no contact phone number or who to call. Can't imagine if you locked yourself out. You pick up the keys from the restaurant across the street but if they are closed there's not much you can do. Just seems like a miss to not even have a contact number. Also the toilet constantly ran but again no one to tell. I think the place is nice but it's definitely not a hotel and maybe I should have looked into it more before booking as that's more my style but for others it might be perfect.

Beautiful, comfortable room and very quiet. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! Drinks and dinner across the street at the Courthouse was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property , I will definitely stay there again. One thing it could use in the room is a place to sit and eat , You have access to the kitchen to prepare meals but no where to sit in your room after . Other than that its a fantastic place to stay .

Stopped here on the way to the airport. Very clean and amenities well cared for. Comfy bed and friendly staff at the courthouse for check-in. Town itself leaves a wee bit to be desired, suggest driving up Water St rather than the main road into town for a more pleasant view.
