"Children had fun in the hotel. None of the third party websites I saw had the waterpark package available. The hotels website also has a pool listed as an amenity but it is not, you have to pay separate for the waterpark. The cleanliness and state of furniture was poor. Bathroom had chips all over counter, shower wall was stained, bedding was stained, AC made loud horrible sound. "The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up."
