"I absolutely loved this resort! The beautiful property, friendly staff, excellent food, fun activities, and attentive service made our stay wonderful. A special shoutout to **Videl at the Club Infinity bar** he served superb drinks and was incredibly friendly! One improvement I would suggest is providing a property tour or daily information guide outlining activities, entertainment, schedules, and locations. This would make it easier for guests to take full advantage of everything the resort offers. Our room was clean, and we loved the view and having our own private pool! However, the sliding patio door was difficult to open and had no exterior handle, which was inconvenient and somewhat concerning from a security standpoint. A block or repair around the front door lock also made it appear that someone may have previously attempted to break in, which was unsettling since we were on the first floor. Thankfully everything was fine during our stay Despite those concerns, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed the resort, food, staff, activities and room. **I would absolutely love to stay here again\!**"
