"The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . "

"Don't stay there. We booked 3 months in advance. When arrived from Europe the owner told us, that he does not work with hotels.com and works only with another site. However, when we next day booked the same property via another site we found that this reservation is not valid either. Hotels.com helped us to get a refund, however, our vacation after 17-hour flight was ruined. The property seems to be a scam rather than guest house. "The property is situated in a good location, I felt safe and secure inside and outside. The house is well maintained and having a solid built feel to it. Theres as nice open park area on the right hand side over the road as the house is at the end of the street. Its well lit which is good at night. Most of the facilities inside worked well as advertised let down by the air conditioning unit in the kitchen/dining room area failing to work, a floor standing fan was provided instead. The front...
