"It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . "

"Beautiful house within a upscale gated community. Home away from home feel with all amenities as stated in property description. Perfectly manicured garden and neighbouring surroundings. Well looked after communal swimming pool and private beach. Breath taking views of the Caribbean sea from property garden, master bedroom balcony and bathroom. "Don't stay there. We booked 3 months in advance. When arrived from Europe the owner told us, that he does not work with hotels.com and works only with another site. However, when we next day booked the same property via another site we found that this reservation is not valid either. Hotels.com helped us to get a refund, however, our vacation after 17-hour flight was ruined. The property seems to be a scam rather than guest house. I assume that if I were not contacted hotels.com I would be...
