Even though our flight was delayed by one day due to rasaga typhoon in Hong Kong the hotel staff Jennie, was able to accommodate us and work with our new schedule. They also helped us plan our tour in ninh binh. The morning breakfast buffet was good as well. The location here is convenient for tour pick up and centrally located for food. We got the balcony room and it was a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the view outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again in the future. "
