エレベーターが取り替え工事中でまったく使えず、工事の影響で階段もかなり埃や臭いが強いです。7階の部屋でしたので頻繁に登り降りするのはなかなかのストレスです。部屋の設備や広さは申し分ないので、詳細部分を確認して、エレベーターが設置されてから利用することをお勧めします。
