Dining was at another location. No safe in our room, no chair. Broken PowerPoints, so one was Overloaded. No safety latch on door. No hanging facility. No bedside table. BUT was moved to another room which was much better. Staff were accommodating.

The staff were quite friendly and attentive to my and my friends’ needs. The laundry service is fantastic with a fast turn around time. They also helped me with a taxi to the airport which made things very simple and easy. I was disappointed that my room did not have a water boiler, yet they had tea cups in the room.

Good Value, great staff.
Excellent location on a quieter street in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were relatively spacious in comparison to other hotels in Vietnam. Great price for an Old Quarter hotel.

Great small hotel located in the Old Quarter.
This hotel is in a perfect area of the Old Quarter. It is a small hotel located in a narrow side street. The room was very clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast is good. The location was also very quiet. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this hotel. A great value

Perfect stay
I stayed for 2 days at the Serendipity Hotel during my stay in Hanoi and everything was perfect. Excellent location in old Hanoi, large, quiet and clean rooms. and above all a great staff. Their advice of restaurants and cafes are great, they only offer places frequented by Vietmamese, out of the tourist circuits . A highly recommend for a stay in Hanoi .

Pleasant hotel in a good location
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The location is very central and you can reach many points well on foot. The staff is very friendly and the check-in was very fast. Also the breakfast fulfilled our expectation. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good. Can be recommended for a city trip of this kind. Thank you for the pleasant stay, hotel staff.

Comfortable hotel very well located in the center.
Perfectly located in the heart of old Hanoi, close to the lake and shopping streets. Very comfortable and clean, silent at night .. perfect for resting an urban day The staff very available and smiling, speaks very good English. They are also great tips for restaurants or activities. We stayed for 2 nights, a faultless one. We recommend this hotel

Very good hotel
Super hotel, very well quoted in the center of Hanoi. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. Very good breakfast. A very family-friendly hotel where my mother has been staying for 5 years for work, without any disappointment.

The construction next door was noisy, drilling into the middle of the night! And starting their work early at 6am! Room floor was dusty throughout my week of stay because of the construction. Staff is helpful and cheerful. Great location!

Unforgettable stay in Hanoi
This is the best rating I've ever written, and I probably will not be able to write anything better that that everything was just right: location, facilities and above all the service. The staff was incredible, especially Liliy who give you the feeling of being totally welcome. Efficient organization, helpfulness and a very good gastronomy complete the very positive impression. It is really good stay here.

Excellent value for money.
Great hotel we took the Double with private bathroom, The room was perfect! The staff are very friendly always at the little care, they helped us book a 1 night and 2 day cruise to Halong Bay as well as to take the night bus to South Vietnam. Everything was very well organized for the trips.

Quality hotel in the center.
The staff is very friendly, always available and good advice. We were very caring! The room was lovely and very good breakfast too. The location in Old Hanoi is great because the room was quiet and so convenient to get access historical sites, restaurants on foot. The hotel organized tour to Ha Long Bay and the organization was really good.

Excellent hotel in Hanoi center
The hotel is located in the middle of the Old Quarter, everything is nearby. The rooms are clean and especially the bathroom. The staff was very welcoming and helped us a lot. Ms Lucy helped us to book our Halong Bay trip without any problem.

Completely satisfied.
We were there twice and always very satisfied. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, cozy and very clean. The bathroom is also clean. The breakfast was delicious. We were very satisfied and would like to come back.

Location is prime, walls and windows are thin so you can hear and smell everything inside the room. Food is terrible.

A beautiful hotel perfectly located in the center.
We highly recommend this lovely hotel in Hanoi. The breakfast is perfect, delicious and plentiful, the staff is absolutely charming and very endearing. The hotel is lovely, well maintained, we had the chance to stay a big family which is very spacious, with very big window. The prices are very affordable.

The hotel is well located and away from street noise Phu Doan. Very clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We've stayed. and returned from Sapa, have been so tired and . the manager upgraded me to stay overnight here. This is a place that everyone can trust. We highly recommend.

Very good hotel with great location.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good, buffet combined with a la carte, you can order more on request. The welcome is very warm. The rooms are comfortable, good air conditioning. Very good Wifi. Great location, right in the center of the old town.

Convenient and great service
The hotel has an excellent location close to the cathedral and quiet, good facilities, high cost breakfast have many choices, great family dining in a small restaurant staff are very warm feeling, English communication is very smooth, the boss especially enthusiastic, and very humorous and pro-thin narrow corridor elevator, experience the typical architectural style of Hanoi

The rooms are very nice and very beautiful. Most of rooms are very clean and comfortable The complimentary drinks in the room are a plus. The bathroom is very nice too. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. If you have any trouble, they find a solution. The hotel is well placed. The breakfast also very good.

A great little hotel in the Old Quarter.
Extremely well located in the old quarter to 5 minutes from Lake hoan kiem. The rooms are spotless clean and so quiet. The wifi works great, the hotel staff are really effective and memorable kindness. Breakfast ... buffet style and also a la carte, very good, wide choice. Truly a hotel to recommend!

Great value !. We really enjoyed our stay.
How to say? Everything was perfect, all the staff is so friendly and helpful! The hotel is located in the old quarter and 5 minutes walk to the lake hoan Kiem. very popular and bustling atmosphere. there are plenty of restaurants around. Good selection (Viet dishes, European style etc.) I really emphasizes friendliness, above and beyond. we felt like home immediately! Thanks to them!

So far so good.
The hotel is downtown, very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. There is a buffet for breakfast combined with an extra menue you can order what you want as many times as you want, great breakfast !!

Very good hotel to stay.
Stay two nights at the Serendipity Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Located in a very lively district in the city center but in a quiet street, well equipped functional room (air conditioning, shower, safe, towels) and silent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel staff was very friendly and helful. We will return without hesitation.

Cute,convenient,clean& surprisingly spacious hotel
The desk service people were very helpful, offering for example milk and cerial for our daughter in the evening (gratis). Also, after we had already checked out, they were kind enough as we returned from a 2day cruise, to not only let us stay in the lobby/dining area, but also offered us tea/coffee and milk, and room access in case we wanted to take a shower (gratis).

Great hotel and good value.
A really nice hotel! The room was very clean, clean and fresh towels provided daily. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you around the town and offer assistance for little tour or help you further your travel plans and Breakfast is more than fine! Plenty of choice you can choose from a menu: pancakes, toast, bread and then you choose your toppings there (some 10 options, from simple jam or cheese .. Until omelette with bacon and boiled eggs or scrambled eggs) Location is also great, walking distance to all hotpots in Hanoi. Overall a great hotel and good value.

Good Place to Stay in Hanoi
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel as it is extremely value for money given its quality. What I really like about it is that it's located along a side street away from the main road, which is a good respite from the traffic and the noise. It is also centrally located in the Hoan Kiem district, and there are many good food places around the hotel. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful.

Excellent stay at Serendipity Hotel
We stayed 3 nights at Serendipity and were greeted wonderfully well in this hotel. The staff is very caring and very attentive. The hotel is clean and very well located in the old city in a street with little traffic allowing to rest from the noise and crowds of the old town. Good breakfast to all the people. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a hotel that I recommend without hesitation, thank you all the staff, for their smiles and hospitality.

Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful
The hotel staff wa absolutely amazing and helpful. We booked two tours through them an they gave us recommendations for places to eat. They even let us stay in a room for a few hours and use the shower after both our tours, and have breakfast even tho we only paid for our first night there. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Small hotel in a relatively quiet side street
We booked a triple room for our family of 4 thinking the kids (10 and 7) would have to share a single bed, when we arrived the hotel manager offered to set up an extra bed and made our stay a lot more comfortable. The rooms are clean and good size, they offered and freshly prepared several items for breakfast beside fresh fruit, juice, tea or coffee. We originally booked 2 nights and ended staying 3. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The manager walked us to the nearest bank machine the first night. Everyone had a smile and friendly greeting at all times. They kept our luggage safe during our Halong Bay cruise, hold our luggage while we went for supper and called a reliable taxi to take us to the train station. Overall a good stay in a busy city.
