when we step into the hotel, a bad smell rushed out. Our room is in the 3rd floor. It didn't have a elevator, if i am an old traveller, i think it's hard for me to go to the room. Anyway, the location is good, near to the BAR street.
Check in was a breeze even though the lift was out of order. Room had cockroaches and ants, bathroom was smelly. Ha long bay trip was 40% more than some guys down the street.
Good thing is that the hotel is well-situated at the center of the old town, close to restaurants and shops. However, the hotel's condition is just a simple one, room-making was not good enough, facilities were poor, the heater did not even function during our last night of stay.
Larm fra gaden til langt ud på natten. Meget lidt morgenmad. Værelset virkede urent.

Good location
Pavilion staff was very helpful during my stay, and arranged a ride to the airport, and a wonderful massage at their spa. Negatives: no elevator in operation and no parking at all. The basic room was clean and comfortable and close to the old section of Hanoi with good shopping and restaurants.
It's easy to move and the price is good. Staff is friendly. But the facility is old and no windows. There was a little dust in the room. I had a noisy night. If you are a traveler for a while, you'll be fine.
Great location and lots of food and shopping options without being over crowded.
Staff were very friendly. Beds were a little uncomfortable but overall the stay was good.
Breakfast menu was a little disappointing, ordered an omlette that was just a fried egg flipped but that wasn’t a big deal. Really liked this hotel
The hotel was ok for the price. There were little things wrong, like the door of the bathroom wouldn’t close all of the way. And it is a cheap hotel. So a person can’t expect the same as they would a more expensive hotel. I have no emotions about the place, no bad and no good. But the staff had acceptable English and were helpful.

Basic hotel close to eateries
If all you need is a place to sleep this hotel is ok . Bidet need to be installed if we are advise to put used toilet paper at the garbage bin. Clothes hanger can be more than two pieces . The size of the towel is way too small .

Friendly staff, good location, delicious breakfast
The hotel staffs who are very nice and friendly can speak English very well. We have a nice gathering night in the entrance of the hotel. The location is in Old quarter where is convenience for shopping, eating and visiting. The facility of the hotel is not good. The air-conditioner is poor, not cool enough but the hotel staff put a fan to my room. They would try to solve the problem. It is highly recommended to have the breakfast. The four type of vietnam style breakfast is really delicious. I really enjoy the seven days to stay in this hotel.
