THE PROPERTY IS NOW KNOWN AS TRAVEL with US. I ALSO HAD TO PAY AT THE HOTEL USING MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE OF THIS. THE MANAGER, MR. PAUL HAD ASSISTED IN CANCELLING MY PREVIOUS BOOKING. IT SEEMS THE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT HAD CEASED OPERATIONS THERE.

Ok so keeping in mind this is a budget hotel it is not so bad. They do offer a basic breakfast with eggs, bread, pho, or fried rice, coffee and tea…which us not really bad. The room is somewhat basic but at least is not noisy so you get a decent sleep. As in many other hotels in such a humid region the bathroom has some black mold in the shower, and this is pretty normal I have to say. At first glance rooms seem dirty but actually the hotel is outdated and not in the best shape so things don’t look well but it was quite ok for us. The elevator broke down but they fixed it within an hour probably. The location is really great…about 7 minute walk to the main lake and to the Mausoleum and other hot spots. You can walk around at night and find many places to eat and do shopping as well.

I think I slept in a storage room. the name of sky view is a waste. however the people were kind.

Wasn't bad get what you pay for, we were ovalall happy with this hotel but pictures built it up a lot was no where near that nice so don't get your hopes up but at a great price and a fantastic location why not!

The picture is different from actual hotel
I am very disappointed with hotel condition. On that day, when i checked-in, around midnight, there is no water for taking shower nor washing face. The staff tells that they need to repair and it required to wait for 2 hr. It was quite disappointed that I have to use mineral water to wash my face and brush my teeth. Stayed 2 night and the breakfast was same for 2 nights.

Photos are decieving! AVOID!
The photos shown at expedia are partially accurate (standard room), very small room with ripped walls and bathroom very tiny and not clean at all. Avoid coming to this hotel. We left our baggages for the day and someone stole a perfume from my backpack. The breakfast looked as if it was prepared one week ago and rested on the hot tray. The only thing that worked good was the wifi.

Noisy but clean
We stayed here one night and enjoyed the central location. It is in a noisy section of the city, so keep that in mind. The room we had was on the main street, with a balcony, which made for great people watching. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Bed is firm but clean. Breakfast is basic. I'd recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and go across the street to the two women selling banana leaf, made to order rice with pork floss and peanuts. Made to order, warm, fresh and super delicious.

Friendly staff and great location.
This hotel is great, with very helpful staff. They assist you in the planning of your trip in Vietnam. The staff have a great attitude!! The location is about a 3 minute walk to the main centre making it easy access to the hotel. The room is comfortable with working air conditioners. Overall very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely stay again. Daniel.

It was ok. Staffs are friendly. Just some minor fixes on facilities though. Like the tv we had in our room was not working. Door to our toilet cannot shut off because knob lock doesn't work. I thought this was poorly done by the contractor cause it's obviously new, but not functioning though. Hopefully they will fix it. There was no holder for the shower. No daily cleaning for the rooms. We like to travel and we've been to budget hotels so we couldn't help but compare. Location of hotel is good. Proximity to tourists spots are within walking reach :)

Helpful staff and very nice rooms for the price!
We spent 3 nights in this hotel and we are very happy with our experience. We booked 2 tours with the agency and we were given good prices and advices on the different options we had. If you want to book a tour, talk to the girl named Van, she is so helpful and nice! :) I even got sick and she kept the room for us and postponed our trip to Halong without any extra fees! The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast ok.

가격대비 나쁘지 않아요
가격이 저렴해서 참아야 하겠지만 베트남 자체가 그런건지 주변이 너무 시끄러워요. 새벽까지 밖에서 시끄러운 소리가 나고 천장에 쥐가 돌아다녀서 그 소리에 잠도 설쳤네요. 직원들은 친절합니다. 조식도 간단하지만 괜찮구요.

立地便利だけど場所わかりづらい
とにかく場所がわかりづらい。googlemap使っても辿り着けない。それというのも旅行会社とホテルが併設されていてホテルがわかりづらいから。 部屋に関していうと値段の割には良いです。スタッフの対応もいい。 しかし、チェックイン時にパスポートを取られチェックアウトに返却というのがNG。ベトナムのど田舎では通用するかもしれないがここは首都でしょって文句が言いたくなった。 シャワーヘッドも壊れてたから水が変な方向に分散。 Wifiとシャワーのお湯の温度は良かったです！

El peor" hotel"en el que he estado!!! Sucio,muy sucio!!!sabanas sucias y yá usada por otras personas sin haberlas cambiado,el baño sucisimo,no md atrevia ni a ducharme,el wc,mejor ni hablar... Pague por la pagina hoteles 2 noches,pero fui incapaz de quedarme alli.... Por el mism precio hay muchisimos mejores hoteles en la zona

一人旅にはいいと思います。 朝食はパン　卵　コーヒー　です。 一階がトラベル会社です。 エレベーターがあるのがいいです。 初めての人は見つけるのが難しいかも？ 値段は安いので価格重視は最高ですが、女性やカップルは他を勧めます。
