Stayed in 3 different hotels in Hanoi and happy to say this hotel is the best! Friendly customer service, welcome drink on arrival and got nice little hamper too:) Breakfast buffet was nice and good variety for a small hotel, well done!

Wonderful place to stay. Beds were extra large and comfortable. Room a little small. Great breakfast and attentive staff. Perfect location for dining and shopping.

立地が良かった。 従業員の皆さん親切だった。 意思疎通ができないと、スマホの翻訳機能を使用して対応してくれた。 古いホテルのようだが、清掃が行き届いていたので、気にならない。 アメニティ、電気ポット、スリッパ(ピーチサンダル)が便利だった。 冷蔵庫があまり冷えなかったのと、シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったのがマイナス点。
