The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly! Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I reached out about receiving an airport transfer, prior to my anrrival, and never got a response.

Our stay at the HAAP Transit Hotel was an unexpected pleasure. Close to the airport, the hotel is a very nice family run business. Everything was extremely clean and the owners/staff were very helpful and nice. Great value!

The staff at this Hotel are amazing. The room are huge and very comfortable. Much better than I thought and the price is very cheap and 5 minutes from the airport.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The HAAP Transit Hotel is a perfect choice if you need a place to stay during a layover!

Convenient location that is close to the airport. Most of taxi refuse to drive because it's too close which taxi does not make good amount of money. Management is unprofessional and greed. I booked and paid. When I checked out, I am told that my room had not paid and there was no record. I had to go into my Expedia account and searched for record to show them. Then they said they just received an email showing my payment. Ridiculous lie because from the time I booked till the time I checked out was 12 hours apart. Also on Expedia it shows free airport pick up. They told me that it's not free, they wanted to charge 100,000 VND for airport transfer because our booking was at deep discount. I showed them that there is a sign right in front of their hotel that states clearly that free airport pick up. They told me that they forget to take that sign down. Be ware of this place. They will find dishonest way to milk our money.

Definitely a bang for your buck! The room was clean, the staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. They were also very helpful with helping us get taxis to go into town and back etc. We were also too tired to venture out for food so we ordered food in the hotel —amazing prices and they had things like pho, noodles, sodas, smoothies and even French fries all at a reasonable price. Location is also very close to the airport and is not a far ride away at all

Hotel is in a convenient location for flying out the next day, only about 5 minutes drive. The breakfast was okay, menu to pick from cooked to order but mostly Vietnamese options. The staff don’t speak English the greatest, so if you have a more complicated request or questions of any sort a translating app is highly recommended. Had a nice tub in our room so it was great to have a relaxing hot bath the night before our flight home.

Excellent value and convenient for airport.
Excellent service from HAAP. Our bus was over 90 minutes late arriving at the airport but we were still met by HAAP as agreed and smiling! Room was fine for overnight stay. Large, quiet and clean. Shower was good. Breakfast was basic but good and in all our stay was excellent value. Taxi to airport was on time. Can’t really fault our stay.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam. Great rooms with fantastic bathrooms, extremely kind, generous and welcoming staff. We only stayed one night, but we wished we could have stayed for three nights. It is not just a convenient place close to the airport, it is a great location from which to rent a bike and discover the vast plantations in Hanoi's suburbs.

Was perfect for what we were looking for, which was a clean, safe place to stay that was close to the airport. The room and bathroom were huge and it was much easier to sleep than it was while staying downtown in Hanoi as it was much quieter here. Comfortable bed too. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with getting us to the airport. We didn't use it, as we came from another tour, but they also have free shuttle transport from Hanoi airport

Really great place if you need to be close to Airport. The pick up driver was waiting for me at arrival exit door. Really spacious room with modern bathroom. Nice owners with a personal touch. Highly recommend!

Short stay in a comfy hotel near airport
We've only stayed there one night, but the customer service we've experienced was the best. We were picked up from the airport free of charge, at the hotel we were met by polite and accomodating staff and the check in was smooth. The hotel room was very clean and quiet, there was free water and coffee for us. In the morning there was also free breakfast. Overall we're very happy with our stay, would definitely come back if we ever needed to stay near Noibai airport again.

Lrge rooms with big beds, but building is scorching hot. Rooms tale 20-30 mins to cool off. Lobbybarea is an oven. Staff are friendly, but their kids run around and are very very loud.

Convenient for being close to airport.
Simple establishment that is convenient if wanting to be close to the airport. Would recommend only staying one night for that convenience. Breakfast offered was an issue. No bread or anything to self serve. We had to order off a menu where I said no egg. It came out with egg and when I raised this with them they returned plate without egg but it was the same plate and the bread roll had egg on it. Not good for those allergic to eggs.

Great hotel for a transit hotel
Room was huge, a bit odd that the bathroom was all windows however there was a curtain you could pull across for privacy. Bed comfort was great and the breakfast was al a carte.

Close to the airport
It was great to be so close to the airport for an early flight, however make sure you eat before you check in as there's no restaurants in the area. The hotel does have a menu, but the food was not good - the chicken was nothing but grissel and fat. Our room was large and clean, but it smelled as though it was a smoking room at one point. It was extremely musty and I found it hard to breathe, we had to keep the window open and the fan on all night. The close proximity to the airport also made for a loud night's sleep from the planes taking off but that's to be expected.

Close to Hanoi International Airport
This “transit hotel” near the airport isn’t located in an especially scenic or interesting part of Hanoi. But it’s very close to the airport with free shuttle service to and from. The room was very clean, comfortable with a large, modern bathroom including an especially great shower. The hotel offers very modest meals, incl. free breakfast - not fancy but easy and convenient when arriving late and leaving early the following day. The English spoken by the staff is minimal, but everyone was so very nice and wanted to met all our needs. Very Inexpensive but more than adequate. We would stay there again (and perhaps get take out from the airport before taking the shuttle).
