There is a creep receptionist who constantly ask for your attention. Literally constantly asking for attention and felt like he been following me as well. Breakfast is good but not much option for room service. Massage was meh, a person who giving me massage constantly went out and was on the phone as well

Great accommodations near everything! Rooms were nice and spacious. The only remark I have is the funky set up for bath tub and showers! You have to climb on a stepping stool to get in!

Customer beware. This hotel double books their rooms to guarantee their sales and tries to provide other rooms to customer saying it’s an upgrade. I booked a suite room at this hotel 2 weeks ago online. When I arrived at the hotel today, I was offered an upgrade - apparently to a bigger room - but I refused it after taking a look at the new room because it was uglier and did not have a private balcony as I wanted. So I came back down to the lobby to ask for the room I initially booked for, but guess what the room wasn’t available from the beginning because someone else has taken it already. The hotel repeatedly asked me if I could stay in the room they’re offering just for tonight following me outside and stuff but I was so annoyed I couldn’t bear to listen to it. Now it’s almost 7pm I’m looking for a new hotel for myself for tonight. This has totally ruined the first day of my business trip as well as my meetings scheduled for tonight. Probably the worst hotel experience in my 40 years of life.

Pretty good, but not great. I would stay there ag.
It was not luxurious, but it was very nice. It was clean, had all the needed conveniences, and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that there was not a comfortable armchair or other place to sit in the room. The desk had s padded stool for sitting (no back) and the other chair was similar to a conference room chair or doctor waiting room chair. Padded thinly and wooden arms. So, no place to sit comfortably and read or watch tv.

Affordable hotel outside of the main city center.
Overall, hotel was great for the price we paid. Not very close to the city center, and because traffic is terrible, we had to budget at least 45min for rides to the city center for activities, tours, etc (most tours only offer pick up from hotels in the old city area). The breakfast buffet was not as good as one might expect from a 4 star hotel. Hotel offers 20% off of spa and massage services; however, they pressured us into giving between 50~100% tip, telling us that the masseuse does not receive wages. The responsibility to take care of the masseuse's payment should not be on us, but on the hotel. I would rather pay more for the massage knowing that the masseuse was being paid a proper wage, rather than being forced into paying a 250,000vnd tip for a 250,000vnd massage. This left us with a bad impression.

Hidden Gem for Business Trip Stay
Had a premier room which is spacious and comfortable (except for the traffic noise). They even have an air purifier inside the room which helped a lot to relieve my allergies! How thoughtful of you! The buffet breakfast has a good variety and there are new dishes everyday. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy :) will definitely come back and stay again.

Hotel is fairly new and as expected, amenities and rooms are clean. Service is great too with staff always attentive and greeting you/holding doors open etc. Spa is reasonably priced too, and especially worth it during the happy hour. Breakfast was a touch disappointing as although variety was there, the quality wasn't the greatest. I'd rather they have a room rate without breakfast, so that we can head out to eat the fantastic street food nearby. Would return given the newness, the location, service and price point. Thank you.

Pleasant and Friendly
Hotel staff are very friendly and really go out of their way to help you with booking transport and rechecking for the best price. Rooms are clean and comfortable Location is 10-15 mins drive to old town but is about 2 blocks (walking distant) to Lotte.

An excellent stay for work
I was impressed with the minimal and stylish design of the hotel in pictures and was very glad to see it hold up in person. My room (basic superior) was a good size with very comfy bed and well equipped bathroom. My only complaint is that my room was on the 3rd floor and during the day the elevator dings constantly as guests got off the 2nd restaurant (it's not so noticeable until you notice it and immediately wish it would stop; maybe they can adjust the chime to make it softer). Wifi works perfectly in every corner of the hotel. Lobby and restaurant are both very good for working: not too loud and plenty of seating. The hotel staff are absolutely the nicest and also very quick-thinking and efficient, making it a joy to work with them during our week-long work visit with 8 different room reservations and 25-person workshop meeting. We had to make so many changes and requests but they always responded and accommodated without the slightest hesitation. I even witnessed a guest who walked in to book a room with the most nasty attitude and the manager just handled it professionally and extremely politely. The location of the hotel is ideal for work visits to Hanoi. While it's not great for visiting the old quarters it's also not too isolated with lots of restaurants, cafes, and services nearby.

Hidden Gem!
Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Massages and spa were amazing. Food was diverse and top notch every day. Would stay here again no question!

Perfect Biz Hotel
I moved in from the Rose Garden residences after 2 nights with some golfing buddies. The lobby of this hotel upon arrival looked great and the front desk crew was ever ready to welcome me and help with my luggages. As I got off my floor, it looks new and smells new off course and as soon as I opened my room door, I was very surprised at the layout of the room. It was a decent size for 2 luggages and space was just about right. The bed was fantastic and the toilets were great. You might sit at the toilet bowl for hours during winter with the seat warmer there :) A perfect place to stay if you prefer the Biz district.

近くにカフェやレストランも多くて困ることが少なかったです。申し込んだら一日タクシーを手配していただけたり、移動に困った時も助けていただけました。ホテルの従業員の方もとても親切でした。内装やお部屋も清潔感がありました。
