Ok for a night's stay
My friends and I needed a room to sleep before our flight, so this fit the bill. I would've recommend it if you're used to slightly nicer hotels. I love the country feel of the location though. The window looked out to lots of green grass.

It was very close to airport, and had cabinet that locked. The bathroom had a shower but there was no real room to use it. The bed was quite hard. At check in there was no one there that spoke English which made it quite hard. There is no real places to get food near it, you have to walk to the main road to get any type of food and we got food poisoning from the cafe that we ate at.

Sorry you. We always value customer reviews to work better. When customers arrive late at night, it is difficult for us to serve perfect English. The hotel also sells a few snacks and a local à la carte menu for guests who do not need to go out. Best regards !

for the price it's OK, don't expect anything more, then u paid for. the rug in the shower was real old and dirty, towels and bed were clean. super friendly manager and the food was also good. we missed breakfast, but the ordered food at night was really good. close to the airport, u can walk to the international departure in like 15-20min, national I would take a taxi.

Staff were SO accommodating and friendly, they took the extra step to make us feel welcomed and comfortable in Vietnam. Great choice for breakfast items in the morning, and clean, comfortable rooms!

Surprisingly good. Clean, tidy, functional, proper. Polite staff who speaks english well. My room has a view to the airport some distance away. They waited at the airport and picked us up.

A good hotel near Noi Bai airport
After my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi, I stayed here 1 night before my next flight from Hanoi to Hue. They provided a free taxi from the Noi Bai airport to the hotel. The room is comfortable with a large bed, air-conditioner, wifi and cable tv. Also, staffs are friendly.

Great place to stay before early flight
It is a clean hotel, and the best part of staying here is that you get a free one way transfer to or from the airport! Very easy!

Staff, what there was, helpful. Restaurant, not open deserted. THE HARDEST BED I EVER EXPERIENCED. THE TILE FLOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN,BETTER. BestmI can say it was near the airport, which was what we needed for the one night. However, we had just spent three days at wonderful Mai Chau Lodge, so disappointed with FamilymTransit...did not expect a rural country retreat, but for a price very close to Mai Chau Lodge, did not expect as little as was there to be as uncomfortable as it was. Only disappointment/letdown in eleven day in Vietnam.

close to airport
it was good and clean. it met our needs, close to the airport, had an early flight and needed to sleep. so all was good and the manager was lovely. we arrived before dinner and he ordered dinner for us. Not much going on in the neighbourhood but it is typical Vietnamese life. So that is an experience in itself. would stay again.

Budget hotel near airport
We chose this hotel to save ourselves the hassle of getting from the old city to the airport for an early flight but aside from the location there really isnt much going for it. It is very low budget with uncomfortable beds. We woke up with bad backs and mosquito bites but it was easy to get to the airport with their free transfer service. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have little money, early flights and you're not picky.

Overnight for flight connection
This hotel is a three minute drive from the Hanoi airport, which is what we wanted. We were picked up at the airport, received good service in the hotel, and had an adequate breakfast on the top floor balcony room. Taxi to the airport next morning was 70,000VD. The hotel is very basic but inexpensive and OK for an overnight. Kooky bathroom.

The Family Transit hotel was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. It is right near the airport and they provided us with a free taxi the morning of our flight. It is run by a family, who are very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay somewhere near the airport.

Free airport shuttle!
We just needed a place to stay near the airport before catching an early flight. We didn't arrive until late, but the room was very clean and ideal for our needs. My main reason for booking was the free shuttle, and they were happy to drive us over to the airport in the morning! Staff were really professional and friendly- helped with our bags both at check-in and check-out.

Budget near airport.
I am stay one night on my transit to Singapore, the staffs are helpful and friendly, they try make my stay as pleasents as posible. I had a good night rest after arrived from Sapa, definetly will stay here again and they provide me free ride to Non Bai Airport.

Overall Experience Ok. A bit Scary at the Start...
Overall experience was OK, but the start wasn't good. We arrived at around 1am and needed a place to sleep before heading to the city because we have two young babies. This was the highest rates airport hotel, so we decided to book this one. When we got our bags, we went outside and there were 3 people there waiting holding name cards. None of them were ours. We didn't know what to do. Thankfully the airport had free WiFi because all the sim card booths were closed. We emailed the hotel and soon after a guy with a faded sign with our name on it came running in. He apologized and brought us to an old Vios. The guy had no uniform and was just wearing slippers. Unmarked car, no uniform and two people sent to do one person's job. My husband asked about it, but the guy didn't answer. We got in anyway and just said a quick prayer. No Sign outside. When you walk in through the gate it says Airport View hotel. When we got in there was no aircon so they transferred us. The floor was really dirty.Beds were clean, but the floors were super dirty.The shower and toilet have no separation so everything gets wet. We didn't shower there. Clean bed though if that's all you need with free airport pick up. No breakfast included.

Lovely stay at Family Transit hotel
The staff in the Family Transit Hotel are some of the loveliest I have met during my business travels, constantly looking to see how they can assist. From the free pickup at the airport to drop off the next morning, their genuine concern for your welfare is heartwarming. It is a cheap transit hotel, so don't expect luxury. It is very basic, but it is clean. The beds are fairly hard in the Vietnamese style. My room overlooked some paddies with the International terminal in the distance, so I fell asleep to the sound of frogs in the rice fields. Very rural. Will stay again if arrive late at Noi Bai and need to leave early.

Free one-way transfer included and the second ride cost me about $3. They'll make you food and I really enjoyed the view from the 3rd floor restaurant patio. Perfect for my quick layover.

A nice hotel for transit stays
Stayed one night for transit. This is a well maintained 2* hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Provided toiletries are fine. The tap water from the toilet room tasts fine after boiling. Restaurant looks simple and I didn't have any meal there. Staff are all nice and friendly. The welcome service is hassle free. they will take your luggages to the room and show you the use of fitted facilities without wxpecting tips luke many other hitel staff do, but you can give tips as you like. Taxis to airport next day can be booked with them without costing you more than the taxis you find on streets but save your time. It is a couple miles away from the airport but no noises to disturb your sleeping. Except meals, I will like to stay again for transit.

VERY Noisy.
4 friends booked 2 TWIN rooms, on arrival at 1am were told there was only 1 but would we mind sharing a double bed, err no!! One of our group had to go to another hotel. If you like planes you would love it, just at the bottom of the runway where planes fly all night and there is no double glazing, if you do finally get to sleep then the roosters wake you at 4:30, or the builders stereo a bit later.

Basic but comfortable. The staff were friendly and offer one free transport service which worked for us. The rooms are large although the shower was just a showered next to the toilet. The hotel also offers food in the room or has a little eating area. Perfect for our needs.
