The room and bathroom were clean, like pictured. The reception staff (Tony and his team) were friendly, very prompt with requests and made everything for me very easy, they even kept my luggage for 2 days after i checked out to go to Sapa. The location of the hotel is convenient and close to train street, easily walkable to most places or a very cheap grab ride away. Will book again next time I am in Hanoi.

The staff was very helpful! We were so happy to be able to book this room at 9 pm for the very same night. The other hotel we had booked and checked-in had so many bugs in the bedroom (Indochine Premium Hotel). It was disgusting. This hotel was very clean, spacious, calm and the bed was comfortable.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff and great service. Check in was efficient and thorough, restaurant had a lovely buffet selection as well as menu options.
