Unique quirky hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Amazing laundry service. The staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Hanh the manager. She was so kind and went out of her way to arrange transport and a guide for our trip to Sapa. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again.

the room was clean although very small and the location was fine but no real window, view on the external stairs and therefore no possibilities to open the window!
