場所はリンランの中心部でとても便利。ランドリーサービスもついていて、部屋も広くて快適なのだけれど、シャワー・トイレ一体型のシャワールームでのシャワーの後は、トイレに行くにも床が水浸しになります。また、前回は大丈夫だったのですが、今回は、タオルが臭かったのには困りました。部屋，タオルの状態を含め、当たり外れがあるホテルですが、抜群のロケーションと安さとランドリーサービスが、それらを補っています。

ロッテビルにも、日本大使館にも近く、お店もたくさんあって便利な場所です。 部屋は設備が古いものの、清潔に清掃されており、特に問題はありません。 ランドリーサービス付きなので、長期滞在でも安心です。

なんとクリーニングが無料！

CandleホテルもSakuraホテルも取れなくて、評価が比較的高くて、場所が近いApecホテルに宿泊しましたが、思った以上に部屋も綺麗で、何の問題もありませんでした。価格も低廉ですので、今後も利用したいと思います。

日本人の集まるエリア

友人宅に近かったので今回選びましたが、設備が酷く一度、部屋を変更して貰ったにも関わらず その部屋もシャワーからお湯が出ずじまい。毎日変更するのも移動が大変なので水シャワーで我慢しました。 加えて、大きなネズミが出ます。小さな犬と思えれば問題ないかな（笑）

フレンドリーで英語が話せるスタッフでした。 部屋は広くて、冷蔵庫を完備しており清潔でした。 エアコンの調子が悪いようでブレーカーを入れ直すと動きました。

部屋は広かったです。（設備としては少し古め？） ５Fでしたが、wifiは弱めと感じました。 ホテルスタッフの対応は問題なし。 お風呂の湯が途中から水になったのがマイナスでした。

방이 크고 넓어 좋았다. 다만 비품이 낡았고, 특히 냉온풍기는 소음이 심하고, 작동상태가 안 좋았다. 욕실 샤워부스도 사용하기가 좀 불편한 편. 그러나 전체적으로는 그런대로 며칠 지낼만한 수준임. 모든 종업원들이 친절했던 점이 기억에 나며, 작고 소박한 규모의 호텔이어서 묵고 지내는 동안 가족같은 분위기에서 편안하게 보낼 수 있어 좋았다.

ホテルスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでよかった。 ただ、フルブレックファスト付となっていたものの、実際はなしでアナウンスも一切なかった。 工事の音が朝早くからうるさかった。 部屋はとても広くて快適であった。

古めかしいが、部屋は広く、スタッフが明るく親切。

ホテルの周りは少々建物が込み入っていて、分かりにくいのですが、ベトナムではよく見かけるつくりのホテルです。そんな外装ですが部屋は大きく、内装も古いのですが、シャワーもしっかりお湯が出ました。お手頃価格なホテルとしては清潔に保たれている方だと思います。それにしてもスタッフが明るく親切で心地良い思い出になりました。

APEC Hotel

The front agent of APEC Hotel is friendly and polite even when I arrived and check-in at midnight for night flight from HCM. Room (302) is simple, clean, especially the ground. Air condition is cool soon after turn on. Lighting of bathroom is less bright. The environment outside is ok for I have stayed at another hotel in front of Lotte Hanoi Center for a long time. I never walked through the street of APEC Hotel before check-in, There are many Embassies around the area, the safety is ok.

ホテルの設備については、お薦めできませんが、とにかくスタッフの対応、人柄が素晴らしかった。 私のわがままな注文に、嫌な顔もしないで親身になって応対していただき、大変助かりました。 次回も滞在したいホテルです。というか、ホテルスタッフにお会いしたい。ただ、下記の改善ができれば、宿泊費もうちょっと高くてもいいですけど・・・・。 立地条件は日本人向けの料理屋、飲み屋、マッサージが近くにあるので、初めての出張者でも、困らないのでは、ただ、ちょっと高いですけど。
