Everything was excellent from the staff to the food to the location. The one minor gripe I had was the shower head did not have a lot of pressure.

Stylish, clean property with super friendly staff. The breakfast restaurant is lovely with a reasonable selection of both Asian and Western food. Hotel is located on a busy street but wonderfully serene inside. In-room facilities are what you’d expect of any quality establishment and there was nothing wanting. The ladies in the spa are wonderful, friendly and with strong hands. I didn’t try the gym but it had two runners, weights, etc. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see but just as easy to Grab it anywhere. They’re pretty cheap and plentiful. If we are ever in Hanoi again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice hotel but average stay unfortunately
This was a nice hotel. Hotel seemed very empty due to Coronavirus probably. Staff where very friendly and accommodating. Internet was terrible. We had a room overlooking street and it was very noisy and hard to relax. Overall room was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again though due to how busy of a street it was on and the noise plus internet.

Great hotel, close to everything
Very clean and comfortable hotel, with far the best bed we slept in while traveling in Vietnam! Breakfast buffet was very tasty and wide-ranging. Also a wonderful foot massage in the spa downstairs. Walkable to the old quarter, the French quarter, and the Government district. Highly recommend. Note: when we traveled in Feb 2020, the building next door was under construction between 8:30am and 5:30pm daily. This wasn't an issue for us as we were out and about during the day. If this is your first stop in Vietnam and you man need an afternoon nap to deal with jet lag, check with the hotel on the status of construction.

Perfekt og nyt hotel
Vi havde det skønneste ophold på Acoustic Hotel, der ligger i det dejligt område i Hanoi, der er mere roligt end andre steder vi har boet i Hanoi. Service og medarbejdere var i topkvalitet, hotellet var flot, morgenmaden vanvittigt lækker og komforten super god.

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff. They were very kind to let us rest in the spa when we arrived very early after a night train and stored our bags for us during the day until check-in.

덕분에 즐거운 마음으로 여행 마무리 잘 했습니다.
하노이 가서 1~3일은 5성급 호텔에서 묵고, 하롱베이 당일투어 일정으로 하루를 묵게되었는데 하루만 묵고 나오기엔 아까울 정도로 서비스가 넘 좋았습니다. 능숙하지 않은 한국어로 호텔 도착해서 나오는 순간까지 웃음으로 맞아주셨던 직원분께 넘 감사드립니다.

Our stay was amazing at Acoustic Hotel in Hanoi from the beginning to the end. We were greeted by a welcome tea drink and friendly staff. The staff was very informative from suggestions on places to see, room and breakfast info and bringing our luggage to our room. The room itself was well decorated and had a comfortable bed. The included breakfast buffet had a wide selection of tasty food, fruit and pastries and I also loved that they offered free coffee and tea in the afternoon. Also, their made to order breakfast station of omelettes, eggs, waffles, Pho, etc was delicious! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean, in a great location to walk around the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this new hotel to people visiting Hanoi!More

The staff we excellent and helpful all were very happy and always go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need, we got the flu when we were there and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and also went with my wife to the chemist to help get the medicine we needed, the breakfast and the staff were excellent, rooms very clean and a great rooftop bar with 2x hot spas and again very helpful staff, would most definitely recommend this hotel

大満足のホテルでした。 スタッフさんの笑顔に癒され、私達の下手な英語を理解しようと一生懸命で痒いところに手が届く対応に感動しました。ありがとうございました。 チェックアウト後にバスルームを使わせてもらえたのは本当に助かりました。 レストランの食事は、朝食は値段なりでしたが、夕食は美味しくて安くて驚きました。 ただ一つだけ残念だったのは、帰りの空港までのホテルの車の運転手さんです。まずスピードの出し過ぎ、常に前の車にパッシング、それから対向車線からの追い抜きで対向車とぶつかる寸前でした、とにかく空港に着くまで怖くて生きた心地がしませんでした。 到着後は、荷物を乱暴に降ろし不機嫌そうに無言で去っていきました。タクシーが心配でホテルの車が安心だと19ドルも支払ったのに、これならタクシーにすればよかったです。ホテルに大満足で楽しい旅でしたのに最後の最後で不愉快な気待ちになり残念でにりません。

I’d just like to say a very big thank you to all the staff at this wonderful Hotel, From the bell boys right the way through to manger Jimmy I’ve never been so welcomed in a hotel anywhere. Their attention to detail is second to none and they will help you with anything and take pride in their work. The hotel is clinically clean and the food is fantastic. When I return to Hanoi, The Acoustic Hotel is where I will stay. Thanks again and keep up the good work Peter

A great place to stay with impeccable service.
For a new hotel, the service was impeccable. The staff were so happy and friendly and on hand at a moments notice for all requests. The rooms were clean and we were placed in a larger room as we were three adults. The breakfast was superb with a large range of choice. The afternoon tea (for free) and the rooftop jacuzzi bar really topped off this quaint hotel. It is a short walk from train street and placed in a nice walking distance from the old quarter. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it. If just for the lovely smile of the staff alone. So so friendly.

Great and comfortable stay!
We had booked a deluxe room with balcony for 6 nights and we had been upgraded to a high floor, which made our stay more comfortable as we had view and quite nights! The room has a great double king size bed and very comfortable mattress, smart tv, safe, good air conditioning and a great shower. The staff greeted us warmly, they all were very kind and informative about the hotel facilities and the attractions of Hanoi. The breakfast restaurant is on the 11th floor, has a wonderful decor and atmosphere with great views. All the restaurant staff members are extremely polite, helpful and discreet. The breakfast menu changed daily, it was of great quality and taste (the omelette was very good). Every day there was complimentary tea and coffee with some fruits and pastries at the restaurant, which was a delight and a very nice addition to the whole great experience. The gym is open 24 hours! Also, great location, close and walkable distance to all the main Hanoi attractions. There is a small Aeon Citimart at the Hanoi Towers (a two building complex) very near to the hotel. In all, I highly recommend the Acoustic hotel &spa and I would choose it again.

직원들 굉장히 친절하고 자유여행으로 오셨다면 하노이역 기차 예약가능합니다. 다만, 가격은 쪼금 더비쌈. 위치는 그렇게 좋은 편은 아니나 주위에 뭔가가많음. 밤에 마트찾기가 힘듬. 음식 종류는 많지 않으나 다른곳에 비해 먹을 만함.

Everything was Fine. The staff was very nice!!! But in the 10th floor it was a little bit noisy in the morning because of the breakfast room. But i would recommend the Hotel at all!

It is a new hotel, everything is nice and clean. Good breakfast and nice people. The shower / toilette and sleeping room are quite small, but nice decorated.

New hotel
It is a new hotel, everything is new and personal are really friendly. Room and shower are small. Breakfast is really good.
