"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be...

"Never mentioned extra charge for diferent floor, i was charged 5 dolar extra for going 1 floor down foe each night, i said nothing and paid. The room was not arranged every day even when i mentioned to the staf to clean. When she reserved the bus to sapaiahe pushed the for exyra, i said no problem for the mony but make sur i am in the front uper but actually got 12a , i asked to rent a motorbyke and she pushed her own but did not mention the oil red light problem . "Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant."

"The service here was top notched and everyone was very friendly. Even though our flight was delayed by one day due to rasaga typhoon in Hong Kong the hotel staff Jennie, was able to accommodate us and work with our new schedule. They also helped us plan our tour in ninh binh. The morning breakfast buffet was good as well. The location here is convenient for tour pick up and centrally located for food. We got the balcony room and it was a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the view outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again in the future. "

"This hotel is an oasis of tranquility in the busy city of Hanoi. The rooms are spotless, the beds are SO comfortable and the amenities are excellent. That being said, it is really the staff that puts this at the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. Each staff member is very warm, professional & anticipate your every need. They make you feel very special. Anna is an incredible hostess who made our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning to this hotel & recommending it to all our friends and family.
