Comfortable room, great service (we had several repairs and these were addressed quickly). Good location. Sound proofing was not great - we had to listen to frisky neighbours unfortunately.

Staff are so brilliant, they go above and beyond to help and assist you. They are all so polite and hospitable. The location is super central and easy to explore the city. I was a solo female traveller and I felt safe here.

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE
Spectacular place. Lobby is fantastic. Rose and Lily were so welcoming. Michael makes a mean egg coffee. The spa is lovely. We loved the restaurant on the 9th floor. Great views!! You can see Train st. In the middle of a bustling city this is an oasis.
