"Clean room, great location in the city center that we can walk to shops and restaurants (less than 15 min walk). The host was very helpful; she responded to our question and addressed the issue immediately. The check in process was a bit confusing since there was no front desk person but when we figured out what we were supposed to do, this became easy. We enjoyed our stay and would book this again next time we come visit Saigon."
