Hotel facility is new but service is unqualified

The credit point that I offered just in few minutes ago is opposite; the credit ranking here is correct this time. However, the comment about my staying experience is real based on my recent stays in end-July 2013; this is not a right hotel to stay for business travelers.

Hardware is good but service is unqualified.

The hotel is a pretty new one. The room is nice and well facilitated, but the service at their front desk, restaurant, and public area are unqualified--not internationally, very localized, and sometimes rude. They do not offer shuttle service to any nearby spots; as this hotel is very far from the downtown and commercial area in "Binjian district" of Hangzhou City, it is very difficult to get a taxi for the hotel and very high cost to take taxi for every places you go in the city.
