Great location next to the West Lake and Hefang Street. Staff are so respectful and nice, they always stand up to greet you when you come in/out. Rooms are impressive and high tech. The only downside in my opinion is that they don't offer breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is much better than i expected. Check in is 12pm and check out is 2pm which gives convenience to early arrival or late check out people.
