"The hotel is well maintained and in good condition, as well as very clean. All surfaces and materials looked new and well cared for. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast included a good selection and was well presented and tasty. We would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers and would stay again"

"Our only criticism is the light switches for the bathroom are located very inconveniently. We absolutely loved the breakfast. It was an unexpected treat to have such a variety of foods and beverages. There seemed to be something for everyone whether it be eggs, pancakes ,sausage, fresh fruit medley or baked goods. And a favorite new experience was tasting the blueberry chia pudding. Delicious and healthy. We enjoyed everything. The front desk staff as well as all servers were polite and very nice. We will definitely stay again when we return to Bar Harbor"

"I paid for 3 Deluxe King bedrooms - stayed 1 night 4/19/2026. Christopher at front desk gave me 2 basic king bedrooms (Room # 102 and 103) and 1 deluxe king bedroom (208). I was tired and did not want to start a complain. Just wish if Christopher would refund the difference between the deluxe and the basic room instead of not saying anything. "
