"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. - The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly.
- Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather.
- The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. It’s surprising this hotel has a 3-star...
"After confirmation of booking from website, hotel called and said they are overbooked and cannot be accommodate us. They denied any help. Even on that the hotel representative who was calling said us to cancel it from my side and stopped taking up my call. Overall a very bad experience."
