The pictures do not portray the hotel accurately. The doors do not shut right or tightly , the heat and air conditioning system smell like something is burning. Every time someone goes up or down the exterior stairs, the floor bounces. The blinds on the doors are broken and do not go all the way to the floor. The noise
I looked at your booking. You and your friends threw 3 chairs from the second floor and broke. You kicked the door open and broke the lock as well as the door frame. Sorry, we had to charge you 200 for the damages to our property.
very outdated and dirty, rundown, way overpriced at $300 a night, was worth $100 a night, stayed two nights left 3 day, housekeeper never visited room once, never asked if we needed anything, i had change my trqsh barrell myself and go to front desk to beg for another trash bag, very limited parking, old a d run down try somewhere else

As advertised on all websites, we do not provide any daily service for a 2-night stay, however, we provide all supplies if requested by the guests. I checked the complaint log, however, you did not let the front desk know to resolve any issues you had during your stay. Accept my sincere apology.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We do not advertise anywhere that we have elevators or breakfast in the morning. We serve coffee in the morning. Sorry for the confusion.
The room was dirty found a used wssh cloth hanging in shower when arrived. They do not have cleaning staff they just leave bags of towels outside room covid is over yet they leave envelope on dresser to tip housekeeping? Last but not least the my car was booted after returning from beach in our third day there even after giving them make model color when I went to office woman was extremely rude accusing me of not staying there and wanted to see my key! I told her you just checked me in 2 days ago never offered an apology acted like it was my fault did not dee parking permit! Greed and nasty office staff or owner don’t stay here!

Hi! I am absolutely so sorry for what you experienced and we will be reaching out to make it up to you. However, I would like to attempt to explain things. We do have a 8 member housekeeping team, and they clean rooms at the beginning of the day then leave. I apologize for the washcloth you found, and for that, there is no excuse and this will be taken up with management. The reason we leave bags outside the room is that we do not like to enter a guest's room without their knowledge. The next best solution is to place the essentials on the chair by the door. As far as the car boot goes, this was because we did not see a proper parking permit displayed on your dashboard. We have this protocol in place since the beach brings many unregistered cars to our facility and as such we use car boots to fight this. Anytime we have a guest come in to the front desk we also have to cross-check that they are a guest of the motel for security purposes. Unfortunately this affected the quality of your stay and we will be addressing our policies.

Clean and really well located!! Short walk to the beach!
My sister and I booked a room for a concert, accommodations were neat and clean, fairly inexpensive, close to the stores and a nice walk to the beach and casino ball room, a basic room, with a nice balcony, mini fridge and microwave. Nice pool area, unfortunately because of our short trip and trying to pack so much into a overnight we did not utilize the pool. Stress free, very quiet and safe. we will be back!

Pool was clean and had cabana with bathroom in it. The view from our room was very pretty. Hotel was right near everything but it wasn’t loud at night. I would stay again.
My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The location is great and walkable to all the shops/restaurants and beach! The room was much nicer than anticipated, and the staff was kind and accommodating. We would love to stay again and highly recommend Regal Inn as a great place to stay for a great price.
I found the Regal Inn very nice. Property was convenient to
everything. Rooms were clean and the person at desk was very welcoming. I would stay here again only issue was the wifi but when your at the beach who needs it.
Stayed in room 204. There was water pouring through the ceiling in the bathroom from the room above us. Had to use the toilet with a towel on your head. Hotel refused to check the leak, change our room to a functioning one or offer any type of refund. We have stayed there in the past and never had such a bad experience!
