"We booked to stay one night. The first issue was the directions listed on their site, it was incorrect which lead to me driving over 45 mins more than necessary, and after speaking with the front clerk many people had the same issue. Second issues, we booked a room with a view of the valley instead we got a view of the parking lot, we requested the room we booked but was told no. Third, the food was not very good, it was hot, but not good at all, I would give the food one star. Also most to the food items on the menu were not available. Next issue we purchased an upgrade for the breakfast buffet, but they did not have one and I ended up paying more for food and was never given a refund for the buffet. The staff was nice, but did not seem sure of what they could and could not do. I understand this is a new hotel but if I am going to spend 500.00 for one night, I expect everything to be up to par. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy, it was clean and people were generally nice. "
