I believe the ear plugs are for the traffic noise outside but we never needed them and actually all the busyness meant we were in an amazing location! "Comfy and clean place to explore Frankfurt from. Check-in was a disaster though, would not recommend if you’re arriving later in the day or there is the potential to have delayed flights. Booking though Expedia meant I didn’t receive emails that would let me check in and I had to run to a nearby cafe before they closed so I could get a keycard to enter the building. Staff were friendly on the phone but don’t book if you expect people to be around to help you check in. "

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."

Dinner menu a little limited but there are many good places to choose to eat something different within easy walking distance. "Outdated but fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was perfect. Bed and room was simple but super comfy. Pool was small but water was nice and warm and sauna plus steam room was a good option. Overall we were very happy. Not luxurious but felt very comfortable and had all amenities easily accessible, very easy comfortable stay"
