"hallways were very cold and noisy Staff needs to check on hallways at night to make sure they are quiet hours are enforced"

"Cold hot tub was such a disappointment.. Only reason we picked this one is it had good reviews on hot tub and you travel all day, get there get your suit on and the hot tub is cold… like just a bit warmer than pool.. such a let down.. and frustrating.."

"Wasn’t told when I booked the hotel was under renovation. When I arrived was told there were no rooms available on the first floor and the elevator was out of service. Stay was ok but felt ot was a bit of bait and switch."
