Whitsunday Apartments

10/10 Excellent

"Very nice and clean apartment. The shower glass looked like it was brand new, so clean. The bed had slight depressions and a bump in 1 spot that felt like a spring, but was generally quite comfortable. The blinds allowed in more light in the bedroom than I prefer, but was fine with an eye mask. The TV was a long way from the lounge chairs, great to have a really big apartment, but a different arrangement where the TV is close by would be better. Views were amazing. The closest restaurant (Pool Terrace) was one of the better priced restaurants and had delicious meals. Overall very happy."

The Sundays

10/10 Excellent

"The Sundays is in a picture perfect position directly on a gorgeous beach. Wallabies are in the gardens, cockatoos on the balconies. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who greeted every request with a warm smile. Special mention to Matty and Paige who went above and beyond. Cannot recommend it highly enough."

Poinciana Lodges -Ocean Views

10/10 Excellent

"An older-style apartment but it had everything we needed. Very spacious. Nice view from balcony. Bed comfortable. Kitchen well-enough equipped. Location was good, being only a few minutes by buggy to the marina and to Catseye Beach. The pool looked good but we didn’t actually use it. Would definitely stay here again."

Noemi provided a warm airport pickup, smooth check-in, and a thoughtful overview of the property and room. The accommodations themselves were stunning. We also had an incredible “Best of Both Worlds” tour with Pedro, who was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about the island. It was one of the highlights of the trip. The main challenge during the first 24 hours was inconsistency in service attentiveness. At times, particularly at the pool and during our first dinner at Long Pavilion, service felt less proactive than expected for a property at this level. Drink refills, reservation follow-up, and simple check-ins occasionally required prompting rather than feeling naturally anticipated. What truly elevated the experience was the response from leadership. Rebecca, the General Manager, was exceptional: thoughtful, responsive, attentive, and genuinely interested in feedback. Her professionalism and accountability significantly improved the remainder of our stay. Beach Club dinner was another standout, with warm staff, relaxed pacing, and beautifully prepared food and cocktails. Overall, qualia delivers an extraordinary setting and many memorable moments. While there were some early service inconsistencies, the property’s beauty, excursions, dining, and strong leadership respon"
