I enjoyed my stay, the accomdation was exceptional. I did opt with Expedia when booking my stay to pay on arrival but was charged the day before, I think this option should not be available if it isn't, as I would have paid by eftpos and not my credit card.

We specifically chose this motel that cost a little more as it was advertised as having a spa pool...the spa pool turned out to be broken. Additionally not the nicest views, it backs on to a noisy carpark that had forklifts unloading a truck from 7am for a full hour.

Amazing lady at reception when we first arrived, great family friendly room. Maybe having allocated parks would be great for rooms as when we got back to our room the car parks were all taken so had to park further away from our room. Upstairs tenants were noisy banging around a lot at midnight but that is no fault of the hotel. Our room had everything, was comfortable and warm with town in walking distance which was great to get a feel of Raglan (such a beautiful place). Would definitely recommend and book again without hesitation. Great price as well.
