The manager is genuinely one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever encountered. He treated us like human beings, not just another room number, and deserves every bit of recognition in the world.
And the housekeeping staff — I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They put so much love, care, and attention into what they do. Our room was always clean, the details were noticed, and more importantly, we were noticed. They took the time to care about us as people.
When your life feels dark, you remember the people who chose to be a light in it. I love and miss the staff here and will never forget the compassion they showed our family.
