チェックインでの対応が新人さんだったみたいでかなりもたついてイライラしました。結局対応出来ずベテランさんにフォローを頼んでました。何とかチェックインを済み、泊まるコンテナに行って４桁の番号を押したら、教えてもらった番号を何度押しても開錠せず、結局スタッフさんが飛んで来て番号変更してやっとこさ入室。あまりうるさいこと言うとモラハラだののご時世なので言いたくはないがやはりそこはプロとしてしっかり対応して欲しいと思いました。ホテル自体は快適に過ごせました。
