"Clean rooms, lovely and comfortable lobby, 24 hours you may drink tea and coffee at the lobby. You may cook at your room, there are pots pans. Location is perfect, 3 min walk to metro station and you may also walk to anywhere you like. There is a delicious burger place just 2 min walk. Staff were so kind and cheerful. We loved this hotel"

"We found it hard to find anything negative about this place. The units are well thought out and looked after with everything we needed provided and complete sets of equipment in the kitchen. "Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us...

"Excellent location - 5min to the train station and the airport line and less than to to the Rathaus. Great amenities. The reception arrangements were not great as it’s reduced capacity on weekend, and email communications were slow - but we got there in the end."
