Good Location, Great Staff!
The hotel is right in the middle of the Red Light District of Hamburg. It's very close to the Botanical Gardens as well as the Elbtunnel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I know we were more difficult than we typically like to be and the staff was cheerful the whole time. It was very clean but the rooms could use a tiny bit of maintenance. Our only complaint was that the rooms were not particularly soundproof at all. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay there again if ever in the area.

I love this hostel
This was great. Had a wonderful vibe with lots of graffiti art throughout the place. Clean rooms, nice staff close to good cafes and bars. A little hard to find as its door is small and beside a bar, but it's great. The breakfast is excellent as well!

Right where we wanted to be
The hotel was easy to get to, being just a short walk from the metro system. It was close to St Pauli football ground and the docks. As well as the venue where we had tickets for the Sisters Of Mercy. Breakfast was extra but was worth the money.

Nice, clean little room on the Reeperbahn
The hotel was in a excellent location, being in a very vibrant area with easy access to public transit to access the rest of Hamburg. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very attentive and someone was at the desk 24/7. I did not experience any of the noise complaints that any of the other users mentioned, but I was on the third floor. My only complaint was that the stairs were very narrow and winding. Not much that they can do about this, but it did make it more difficult when carrying baggage.

Pyjama Hotel Hostel Hamburg
Quirky little place I chose for its proximity to the St. Pauli Elbe Tunnel. Easy to get to from the U-Bahn. Clean, well appointed. An older building so stairs creaked but in response earplugs thoughtfully provided. Good breakfast, I think if you wanted eggs / omelette you had to cook your own which made me smile. Friendly staff in a hotel in an 'interesting' area.

Hard to find a complaint
Decent spot in the center of the action. Lively hostel bar, helpful and friendly desk staff, clean and tidy rooms. Only downside was the noise from outside but with being on the reeperbahn there isn't really much you can do expect use the earplugs provides by the hostel.

Outstanding on the Reeperbahn
Described as a hotel/hostel this is the perfect one night stand when you visit Hamburg's world famous Reeperbahn. A regular in the "Venice of the North", I wanted to meet with visiting friends from the U.K. and enjoy a night out in this famous district and not have to worry about cabs to hotels etc at the end of a big night. Pyjama Park was simply far better than described and for very little money provided exactly what I needed. Extra friendly staff and a super clean and well appointed room right in the middle of the action on the Reeperbahn. I couldn't recommend it highly enough for those wanting an "overnighter" in Hamburg's famous entertainment district.

Comfortable, well run hotel in great location
Great hostel / hotel right in the center of the action and nightlife in Hamburg. Entered straight from the main street, with a nice bar out the front. Rooms are clean and well furnished for a hostel, and there are plenty of nice sitting areas around and a small terrace. Front facing rooms loo over the street, nice view but can be noisy, whilst back rooms lack a view but are quiet. Godd, clean and safe option, overall though slightly overpriced for what it is. And breakfast at an extra 9E for a small, cold buffett is a shame.

Different problems so left after 45mins, refunded
Confirmation said private shower in room but hotel had received details of a shared bathroom booking. Through hotels then expedia without us knowing and mistake was theirs not hotels. Staff excellent tried best to sort problem but no private shower rooms available. Late so opted for shared shower. A free breakfast given , nice. Shared shower was not like other hotels I have been, tiny changing space without even a shelf or hook to hang your stuff, very awkward and only one for a few rooms. Toilet was open urinals and one cubicle in same room so as female I didn't enjoy having to go close past the back of weeing guys to have use of a toilet. No separate sinks in room or elsewhere so had only 2 for a few rooms. Much better shared showers in every other hotel/hostel I have stayed including places like Nicaragua and Bolivia, not as expected for Europe! Tried to go out for a short explore but couldn't open door, we were locked inside, was a problem with door mechanism and then the door handle fell off! Room could not be secured now so we had had enough and wanted to leave. Receptionist said we might get charged for 'trashing the door'. I said we definitely didn't 'trash it' it was faulty on arrival as we had only been at hotel about 45 minutes. He agreed to give us a full refund so at past midnight we went out to find another hotel, He said we might get charged for repair of the door, ridiculous as there was no improper use in those 45 minutes.

Central mulighed, når du er ude om dagen.
Hotellet ligger lige på Reeperbahn, med alt hvad et medfører af liv, støj, tiggere etc. Ret tæt på U-bahn St. Pauli. Stedet er hyggeligt, med en afslappet backpacker-atmosfære, og søde folk i receptionen. Værelserne er meget enkelt indrettet i gamle rum, der er ungdommeligt shinet up. Ingen elevator. Badet på gangen var pænt, stort og rent, mens toilettet nærmest var et kosteskab, hvor der dårligt var plads til knæene. Morgenmaden (som koster ekstra) er OK. Parkeringspladser kan kun findes i P-hus (ca. € 15/dag).

Dejligt hotel tæt på centrum.
Når man først kommer til hotellets indgang tænker man hmm, ok så.. Men her kan man tale om at blive snydt. når man så kommer op i receptionen er det første der falder mig ind hyggeligt og man bliver modtaget af en smilende kvinde. Spisestuen er lavet så man føler sig hjemme, ikke noget overpyntet forfinet noget. Da vi så kommer ind på vores værelse bliver vi budt velkommen af en stort flot farverigt maleri på den ene væg og ellers et dejligt lyst værelse. Badeværelset var også pænt og rent. Vi valgte at spise morgenmad på hotellet og det var også en stor succes for både os og vores børn.

Tolles Hostel mit Bomben Frühstück
Hat alles was man braucht ist sehr schick und stylisch mit streetart eingerichtet und wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück und super freundliche Leute die dort arbeiten. Verfügt auch über eine schönen großen Balkon/ Terrasse für 40 Leute zum Frühstück oder zum rauchen.

Nette Location mitten auf der Reeperbahn. Das Leben vor der Türe und innen Ruhe, nette Leute - angenehmes Design. Man merkt hier haben sich die Macher Gedanken gemacht und etwas geschaffen, was sie selber auch gerne nutzen würden (oder hätten ...). Publikum ist eher jünger (Hostel, Zimmer zum Teil mit Bad & WCs auf dem Flur). Der lockere Ton im Haus, schafft eine gute Atmosphäre die vom Team auch auf die Gäste überspringt. Gerne sitzen die in der Lounge und tippen in ihre MacBooks ... ;o) Die fairen Preise - man bekommt je nach Kategorie, was man bezahlt - Hostel, shared WC/Bad oder normales Hotel ... Wir wollten in der Ecke wohnen und das nicht 08/15 in einem sterilen Hotel, es war genau so wie gewünscht / erwartet!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend!
Auch wenn das Zimmer einfach ausgestattet war, es war sehr sauber! 44 € für ein Einzelzimmer in einer Großstadt wie Hamburg sind ein unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich hatte zwar ein Zimmer "hintenraus", sicher keine Augenweide, aber man will ja was interessanteres sehen und erleben. Das Hotel kann nicht dafür, aber die Reeperbahn hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Herbertstraße: leider total tote Hose. Ich war letztes Jahr in Amsterdam und hatte auch das Zimmer mitten im "Milieu". Die Atmosphäre ist dort lockerer und nicht so "geschäftsmäßig", das Kobern ist nicht so aufdringlich. Trotzdem werde ich beide Städte wieder besuchen!

tolles Hotel
Lage auf der Reeperbahn ist optimal. Hotelpersonal ist absolut freundlich und total kompetent. Die Tipps die wir von Ihnen für unseren Kurztrip bekommen haben waren super. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall nochmal in dieses Hotel. Frühstück war auch vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis Super. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber.

Das Hotel eignet sich super für junge Leute. Jedoch auch ältere Damen und Herren haben dort ihre Ruhe. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Doppelzimmer sind in sehr gutem Zustand.

Hübsches kleines Hotel
Das Hotel war sauber. Wir hatten ein 4-Bettzimmer, das Bad teilten wir mit 4 anderen Zimmern. Das Bad war sauber, es gab für die Frauen eine Toilette und für die Männer eine, somit war das kein Problem. Das einzige was etwas stört, ist der Lärm auf der Strasse. Wenn die Fenster zu sind, gsehts. Aber schliesslich ist mann ja auch mitten in der Reeperbahn.

Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Indretningen var ret cool og der er en god og afslappet atmosfære. Men, der er desværre en del kritisable punkter. Mit, meget lille værelse, lå på femte sal og der var ikke elevator. Heldigvis hjalp receptionisten mig med at bære min kuffert op. Men det var stadig noget af en tur op og ned. Der var et bad og et toilet til deling mellem fem værelser. Det var ikke alle gæster der efterlod badeværelset lige pænt. Det er altså ikke rart når andre gæster brugte barberskrabere, våde håndklæder og sæbeemballage ligger og flyder når man komme ud for at tage et bad. Der var utrolig meget støj fra gaden (selv på femte sal) - også med lukkede vinduer. Og for at gøre det værre var der så varmt på værelset at jeg var nød til at sove med åbent vindue - og dermed et rigtigt højt støjniveau. Jeg havde to overnatninger og oplevede ikke at der blev gjort rent på mit værelse.... Hotellet ligger jo på Reeberbahn så man skal være indstillet på lidt af hvert hvis man bevæger sig rundt i kvarteret om aftenen.

Für einen Besuch im Operettenhaus optimal gelegen. Die thematisierten Zimmer sind witzig eingerichtet und nach hinten raus schläft man einigermaßen ruhig. Allerdings war unser Bad mal gerade knapp 2 qm groß. Wenn man nicht einigermaßen aerodynamischgebaut ist, dann könnte es Probleme geben. Auch schließen die Türen zum Flur nicht gut und haben keine Dichtung. Immer wenn andere Gäste ihre Zimmer aufsuchten, klapperte die Tür z.T. extrem laut und wir wurden jedes mal wach. Fazit: für 1-2 Nächte gut geeignet, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.

Geniale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig
Wir hatten ein Drei-Bett Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber und durch die Lage zur Rückseite auch sehr ruhig. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, vielleicht die Größe des Badezimmers. Super mini trifft es wohl am besten...uns hat es aber absolut nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war super gut und alle Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :-)

Wir hatten die Zimmer Anfang Januar gebucht. Wir kamen erst gegen 20:00 Uhr im Hotel an bekamen ein gutes Zimmer und das vom Personal so genannte Notfallzimmer, das gar nicht ging!!! Das Zimmer lag direkt beim Frühstücksraum und morgens war es ab 7:00 Uhr extrem laut und an Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken.Das Zimmer (Nr.1)liegt dazu auch noch direkt über der Pyjama Bar. Dazu kam das der Feuermelder morgens um 7:00 Uhr losging und das Gepiepse bis 10:00 Uhr nicht mehr aufhörte! (da konnten Sie nichts dafür)aber es war alles sehr ärgerlich für uns! Nachdem wir morgens dann mehrmals nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten ging es erst nach einigem hin und her, und das neue Zimmer war dann auch entsprechend angenehm ruhig und groß. Der Frühstückspreis von 8,90 € der auch nicht gerechtfertigt ist wurde uns dann erlassen,wir frühstücken allerdings nur am ersten Tag, die Brötchen wurden aufgebacken, kein glutenfreie Sachen dabei, also kein Hotel für Allergiker die ihre Lebensmittel nicht selber mitbringen .Ansonsten war das Hotel in Ordnung für zwei Nächte! Das Personal ist sehr jung und alle waren freundlich und angenehm.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Hamburg und haben ein günstiges und gut gelegenes Hotel gesucht. Obwohl wir die beiden Zimmer zusammen gebucht haben, lagen sie leider in unterschiedlichen Stockwerken und Häusern, dank Handys ist das aber auch kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist exzellent und absolut empfehlenswert.

Sauberes, stylisches Hotel direkt auf der Reeperbahn. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer "nach hinten heraus" somit war ungestörter Schlaf gesichert.Das Zimmer sowie das Bad war sauber und einladend. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war das Frühstück -welches sich für ca 10 € nicht ganz gelohnt hat (vergleichsweise kleine Auswahl ) Würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen
