"Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

"Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times. 2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!! 3. "The location was great. The room was comfortable and cute (as shown in the photo). The only difficulty was the internet, which went in and out - both from the lodging's wifi and on our mobile data on our cell phones. I think it is because the location is a bit lower than the surroundings. Apart from that frustration (which they tried to address by restarting the internet), we loved this place. "

"The price for the apartment is reasonable. The apartment is small, and does not supply enough towels. We did not receive any instructions for picking up the keys and arranging for our arrival. The manager did not reply to our email inquiries. There were ants in the room. The air conditioning unit does not have any labels, and the place was very hot. "Waiting to be picked up from the parking site (there is no other way) took at one time 10 minutes, another time it took 30 minutes. The room was supposed to have a working jacuzzi with hot a water. The hot water didn't work. Management didn't know what to do about it, told us it was out of their control and did not give us any sort of discount or voucher for a future visit. This was not our first visit to Hamat Gadar so we had expectation. We were very disappointed. "
