"The spa suite was tired. The tv screens are slightly bigger than an iPad. The spa took a long time to fill. Shower had poor pressure.
Highlights were very good. Product was Eleven which is great quality and the bed was very comfortable. Elevators were prompt. Parking free and plenty available. Good for price. "

"No air conditioning inside the room! Stayed for 3 nights at the worst time when there was a heat wave warning with temperatures up to 40C. Talked to the reception who said air conditioning was not working and still under repair. Did not know how long it would take to fix it and only offered a fan in our room. There was no prior notification of the issue, no apologies whatsoever. Hardly any sleep because of the heat. My worst experience ever. Never stay here again!"

"Parking is free which is great. We’ve stayed here quite a few times when visiting family for the night, this stay was our worst yet. We stayed in room 712 which is near the reception & there was an annoying noise all night that made it hard to sleep. Like a base sound, could have been a dryer maybe, but it wasn’t. Maybe outside air con units? Not sure. I investigated but couldn’t figure it out. The pillows were also awful mesh things. Breakfast was good though. Will probably still stay again,...
