"The host and hostess were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was in the property forecourt. The breakfast was well prepared and plentiful. The only issue was finding somewhere to dine. The local hotel could not accommodate us on the two occasions that we tried. The nearest was either Northern Sands or Castletown hotel both of which were a number of miles away."

"Easy to find as located on the main road through Strathy. This is a small b&b adjoining a small bar - both run by the owners. Sufficient parking at the front of the property. Room was immaculate with a lovely ensuite. Breakfast needed to be preordered which wasn’t an issue for us. Lovely breakfast included all freshly prepared. Hosts very accommodating."

"Our host was extremely helpful and friendly to us upon our arrival. She escorted us to our room and answered any of the questions we had. The bed was extremely comfortable, coffee and such was available as was the internet. Room was large as was storage for luggage and hanging closet. The Highlander Breakfast was amazing along with various other juices yogurt etc. Pricing was great as well as on premise parking. This is a highly recommended stay for sure."

"This was a favorite place on our travels throughout Scotland. In a peaceful setting, everything was lovely and immaculately cared for, with many extra nice and small touches. Jane and Richard were excellent hosts, welcoming us warmly, sharing helpful suggestions, and providing a wonderful breakfast with homemade bread. This was a great stay and highly recommend! "
