Very dated,check in late and they were aware,gave us suite on second floor facing parking lot,asked for another room and was told it was facing different direction which it was not. Went back to desk and was told to check in morning. Opened freezer and stunk of fish. The next day they sent 2 staff and one could not smell it,the other one cleaned it and the smell left. We were told on arrival we would have housekeeping each day. They only came one day and we were told we had to call if we needed anything each day like Kleenex,toilet paper,how many towels we needed. So we called and then they wanted to make an appointment to come change linen. If we had privacy note on door,they do not enter but they don’t check back,we have to call. We travel quite a bit and have never had these requests made by a hotel ever. They wanted to come and change linen one night,but I was tired and told them to bring towel as I wanted to shower and go to bed. The extra blanket we had in room had burn holes in it and was disgusting. This was not a cheap hotel and we expected better from a hotel with Hilton name. Will never book this chain again. We booked 5 nights and expected better. The couch in living room was well worn,stains on it and pillows disgusting,reported one cushion had stuffing coming out. Staff came and brought another cushion for couch. Each time staff came,they were very good and I told them we knew it wasn’t there fault and we tipped every staff member that came to our room 5.00.
