"Check in time mailed was 8 am. Stay's check in is 2:30 pm. No stool in bathroom. WiFi not accessed. TV not working, Additional pillow not given. Water jug, glass not provided. Drinking water was to be self serviced, two naked pipes were available to fill our water bottls. IWILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STAY TO ANYONE EVER. "

"Worst stay of my life – unsafe, unhygienic, and completely misrepresented This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. My family was genuinely scared during the stay, and I was under constant stress the entire time. The property falsely mentions parking available within 100 meters—there is no dedicated parking at all. I was forced to park my car next to a garbage dumping area, which itself says everything about the place. The entrance and rooms are in horrible condition....

"We had a very disappointing stay at Aura Eco Stay. We had informed them well in advance that we would be arriving late at night, yet no arrangements were made for our check-in. When we reached, the front desk staff didn’t even know about our booking, and to make things worse, the kitchen was closed with no support provided for food. The receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant, and her attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of helping tired guests arriving late, she was defensive...

"WARNING: Deeply concerning security issues at this property. During our stay, a group of intoxicated guests were shouting and blasting music until 2 AM, creating an extremely threatening atmosphere. With no staff intervention or security personnel present, we spent a frightening night feeling unsafe and anxious in our room. Adding to our misery: Room service took over an hour, the actual property looks nothing like the photos, and constant power cuts with inadequate cooling made sleep...
