"We stayed one night and we were out most of the day. Both check in and check out took longer than it should have because they used a remote desk manager attached to a kiosk. It was slow, awkward, and felt unnecessary. At checkout, there was someone at the front desk but I was still told to use the kiosk.There were no room cards given, only a code which anyone could use to access the room if they had it. I'm not sure how secure that is compared to a room card. The breakfast was basic but...

"The Inn is very inviting, clean and welcoming. The room I stayed in near the front door is lovely but due to the proximity I could hear guests coming and going in the evening and in the morning. I closed the bathroom door and it locked from the inside. I had to call the host to help me get it unlocked. I will select a room upstairs for future stays."

"Initially I was searching around Union Square for a weekend get away with the fam, but that changed very quick due to daily parking fees and higher prices for rooms. I turned my search towards SFO and found this gem. It was a no brainer. Parking fees were pocket change per night, but what sold me was free daily breakfast!. Property is fairly new and beautiful!. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One other plus is the retail downstairs....

"Excellent location…4min walk to bart station that takes u straight to Embarcadero it takes 34mins. Parking is free which is huge plus. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Continental breakfast is available on site for a price."

"We stayed for one night. We had 3 adults. We stayed in the room with a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. The kitchenett was quite nice. Refrigerator was very convenient. Breakfast provided eggs, yogurt and othwr food. We really felt it was convenient and good. Close location to other restaurants and Starbucks."
