"Our room was a mess. Flooring was damaged and much of it covered with duct tape. Parking was inadequate. Other guests were scary. Feng Shui was horrible. Unfortunately we arrived late and had an early morning appointment for which we needed to rest. So we did not have time to hunt for another hotel. We booked 2 nights and checked out after 1 . We barely slept. No staff on duty in the morning to complain to. Just some virtual terminal that did not acknowledge my complaint or...

"Honestly, this is a perfect place to stay. I was a little hesitant due to it looking like a motel, but it is renovated and it’s a safe area. It is only 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney and a lot of dining. I would 100% stay here again."

"Very pleasant experience, would stay here again. The room and bathroom was very clean, hotel was quiet at night, and cleaning staff was great with tending to the room. "Honestly, I would NOT rent a room at this hotel again because the parking problem is major. There's no parking or anywhere to park your car nearby; you have to walk about two blocks with your luggage, and at night it's definitely not a safe place. I definitely would NOT recommend it. "

"tbh it looks just like the pictures, staff were the nicest people help with any question I had very nice people 10/10 the rooms were clean bathroom was clean I loved the shower, bed were clean and comfortable and if you plan on staying here I highly recommend it the only problem is the parking lol but it’s easy just have to find a spot and you don’t have to pay after 6 until 9am."
