"I requested my room be on same floor as another guest already at hotel. This was accommodated. Staff is very friendly. Twice I had a knock at door asking if I needed anything. Breakfast was incredibly fresh and everything I enjoyed was tasty. Excellent coffee and selection of teas too. This hotel was easy starting point to City Centre and Kamppi and Loyly sauna and wonderful restaurants and cafes. Excellent hotel. Incredible experience."

The staff at reception were very welcoming when i checked in and provided clear information about hotel services and dining options. My room on the 6th floor was spotless, well maintained and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The bed was also very comfortable and I had some great nights sleeps.
