"Hotel staff was friendly n location wise ok. But the hotel is quite old n they r renovating the upper floors. Was noisy early in the morning. Room was dusty but bed n bathroom was alright. Not recommended for family with kids. The condition din bother us as we left at 8am n return after 9pm. Price is cheap"

"Room smaller than expected,and had a bad smell of dampness. Drain in shower had been sealed over so water runs on bathroom floor . Also water on bathroom floor caused by air conditioner outlet hose running on to bathroom floor as well. Overall making the bathroom dangerous to walk on and very smelly. Buffet breakfast not up to expectations. We had cold showers during day."

"The staff were all so friendly and helpful. All the restaurants were amazing with wonderful staff and extensive menu for adults and children. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool, waterpark, restaurant and spacious and clean room. We would highly recommend this resort. 5/5"

"The hotel staff is super friendly. If you’re a light sleeper do not book a sea view room. I booked a sea view room and the staff kindly moved me to a city view room. The sea view rooms face the Main Street and the noise is awful. I’ve found that in general hotels on busy streets in Vietnam most have the noise which isn’t the hotels fault, it’s just the way it is with constant horn honking and loud traffic. Don’t miss the opportunity to use their swimming pool on the top floor… it’s very nice. I would definitely stay again!!!"
