Overall good; the food was fine for a cruise but nothing special as they lacked vegetarian alternatives. We did the 3-day tour, which was nice as you get to see way more of the area, but they outsource all the activities making it less luxurious. There's barely anyone doing more than one night...

The cruise is super beautiful, and the infrastructure and decoration are impeccable. The service then was out of the ordinary, I have never been so well received in a commercial place. Definitely recommend it, you will have a beautiful day in Halong bay if you stay here.
