"It's Clean, it's reasonably close to the busier parts of HaiPhong, but.... And this is quite disappointing. IF YOU BOOK HERE BE PREPARED FOR SOME TYPE OF EXTRA FEES TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY We arrived & were told a story that the room that we booked had broken air-conditioning. The lady said we would have to pay extra 120,000 dong for a different, bigger room for 4 nights, plus we must pay extra 30,000d for cleaning fees. "EXPEDIAで予約完了後、チェックインに部屋が無いと言われました。このあとが最悪です。ホテルへ30万ドン（約1500円）直接払えば部屋は用意すると直接取引を提案してきました。こちらは既にexpediaへ返金不可の条件で支払済と伝えると、 expediaのサービスセンターへホテル側が電話をして、expediaへの部屋の用意はないと伝えていたようです。私に電話を変わり、expedia側から上記の説明を受け、expediaとオテル側の起因でキャンセルとさせて頂き、請求は取り消しする旨の案内を受けたため、了承し他のホテルへ泊まることに。。。ところが請求がしかっりカード会社に計上されており、相殺目的のマイナス請求も未だ確認できていません。ホテルの直取引の提案、expediaのキャンセル未処理、双方に怒りを覚えてます。"
