"First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby. "一個全自助入住的模式,原本因火車班次較早到而為了同意提早入住而十分感謝,閣樓樓梯較窄因只有一層也可接受,沒有任何廚房調料也行,房間如照片,2人很適合,只是臨門竟發生其他房客因旅館誤送我的密碼而讓他誤入我的房間,這是一個不可接受的情況,很想打低分,但是,因地理位置就在老城區,步行15分鐘內,內部清潔,所以願意給個好分數"

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."

"There was no prior warning of building works next door. My apartment was next to the building site so from 7am until gone 5pm it was loud and I felt over looked. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but what was much worse was the train tracks. Every 20 mins a train would go by and the noise was incredibly loud and quite long. This goes on late and starts early. With just one fan I chose to cool my children in the bedroom so either over heated with windows closed or was frequently disturbed...

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
