"Cannot fault. Has so many little details that made our stay very enjoyable. Japanese toilet. Soap provided. Washer/dryer. Rice cooker, electric stove, pots and pans, noodle bowls, chopsticks provided.
Clean. Close to nearby restaurants, 24/7 groceries and pharmacy/drug store that closes at 12 am. 🤗
10 min steady walk from Furujima monorail station
You can catch the bus to Nago from here too."

"I've stayed here before, but they now have a new building on the same site, which is better in my opinion than the old one. The confusing thing is, you do not know which you will get until you check in. Both are good and more than adequate. But the newer white building is better "

"It smelled moldy. The inside of the washing machine hadn't been cleaned at all and was covered in dust, mold had grown in places in the room, and the walls of the toilet were dirty. It felt like the place hadn't been cleaned."

"The view is so beautiful, close to the Marine base to visit my son when I walk it. Shop right across the street. When I go back to visit this will be my place again. "

"Easy to book. Easy check in. Easy check out. Washer/dryer. Hot plate. Microwave. Refrigerator. Great room. All the amenities with great privacy.
Couldn't be happier, especially for a true "budget stay!""

"We booked 4 nights here at the end of a busy 2-week Japan trip, to relax in a resort-like hotel and use as a base to explore Okinawa, A very positive stay.
The pool was a highlight and the main reason we booked the place. The water was warm and the space relaxing. Despite lots of kids, the lifeguard did a great job of keeping things calm, and there were plenty of loungers as well as comfortable outdoor couches. (The pool was unfortunately closed our first day and part of the next due to the approaching typhoon and then a pH check, which was understandable given the circumstances, although we were a little disappointed but what can you do.)
The lounge is really nice and comfortable and an easy place to relax, although drinks were a little more expensive than expected (around ¥1,300 for a draft beer), which is probably to be expected at a resort. The 7-Eleven inside the hotel is genius. We were able to grab cheaper beer, snacks and other essentials there, which was especially appreciated by the end of a 2-week trip when we were getting a little budget-conscious.
We were upgraded when we arrived through our Hotels.com VIP status - a very nice surprise. The room was huge, and the shower/bath combo were by far the best of our whole trip.
A small thing worth knowing: despite the name “Harborview” and some of the photography, there isn't really a harbor or water view from the hotel. It feels fairly surrounded by other buildings.
Staff were friendly & kind and we had a great stay!"
"The room was clean and the check in and check out processes were simple. My only complaint is that the parking garage is very low and they couldn’t accommodate our rental car. We spent half an hour trying to find parking nearby."
"The hotel is a bit older, but it is very well-maintained and clean. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom features a convenient three-section layout so multiple people can use it at the same time. The outdoor pool is extremely spacious, and the surrounding environment is truly pleasant and relaxing. One of the highlights is the large, glass-enclosed indoor pool, which features a short but surprisingly fast water slide—so much fun! Above all, the staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.
Above all, the staff is exceptionally attentive. A special mention to the receptionist, who went out of her way to help us book an excursion to the Blue Cave (Unfortunately I don’t know her name) even calling the agency directly to secure our reservation. These thoughtful actions truly make all the difference. Highly recommended!"
"A most exceptional experience; the staff went above and beyond with courtesy and helpful assistance. Our room was exactly what we needed for three persons, one of whom is in a wheelchair. I do stay here often, when I travel to Okinawa...and will continue to do so."
"Location is really good, monorail station is very close by, many convenience stores around, Donki is also nearby.
Laundry machines are located near the restaurant, it was an awkward location.
Hotel's parking is not suitable for big car but can use Times's parking nearby."
