"This was a nice hotel. We ended up on the third floor, whereas I wanted a first floor one. I thought I had requested one. Other than that it was ok. Left way before breakfast, so I couldn’t tell you what it was like."

"The reason for 4 stars is only due to the fact that I had a really bad room. I was on the ground floor, across the hall from the indoor pool, close to the lobby. There's a lot of noise that comes through in that room. I also noticed that, when someone in the room above me flushed the toilet, the sound of the drain pipes was surprisingly loud. "The location is surprisingly quiet despite being close to the interstate. The check-in person couldn’t find my reservation which had me concerned until I showed him my booking confirmation. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice at 9:30 am and then ten minutes later while I was still sleeping even though I had the Snooze tag hanging on the door knob outside."

"When we arrived we were told that we were double booked. The person at the front desk was helpful in trying to get a room ready, however, the room was not clean. She did come in and put new sheets on the bed and put new towels out, however, it was clear that it was not cleaned as the toilet had remnants in it.
